Execute the following commands to begin the installation on the Target Computer :
1. Ensure the CD-ROM drive is set to be the first boot device on the Target Computer. Refer to the bios manual of the Target Computer for further information.
2. Start the Target Computer and ensure the 'SCALE-RT Target LiveCD' is inserted in the CD-ROM drive.
3. Select the 'Install on Harddisk' option when the Bootloader screen appears as follows :
4. During bootup a bootsplash screen will appear as shown below. To switch to verbose mode press the 'ESC' key.
5. After bootup the 'Installation Assistant' starts automatically and examines all available harddisks.
Please proceed with the Automatic Installation procedure. Advanced users may prefer the Manual Installation procedure.
Note: 'Manual Installation' may be required if difficulties are detected during an 'Automatic Installation'.
