| a. | Choose an installation language and click 'OK' to install Scilab. |
| b. | Read the instructions on the screen and click 'Next' to proceed. |
| c. | The next dialog shows the license agreement. Please read the license agreement carefully. |
| d. | Scilab will be installed in the default folder as shown in the following screen. If another installation folder is required click ‘Browse’, otherwise click ‘Next’ to proceed |
Note: If the folder of a existing Scilab installation is selected it will be completely removed before installation.
| e. | Select the components you wish to install and click the 'Next' button as shown in the following screen. |
| f. | Click 'Next' to create a program shortcut in the default location. Alternatively click the ‘Browse’ button or type in a program shortcut name and click 'Next'. |
| g. | Select the installation options according to your requirements and click 'Next' to proceed. |
| h. | Start the installation by clicking the 'Install' button as shown in the following screen. |
| i. | Click the 'Next' button after you have read the information on the following screen. |
| j. | Complete the installation of scilab by clicking on the 'Finish' button. Uncheck the 'Launch scilab' checkbox to prevent Scilab from being started until SCALE-RT installation has finished. |
