Host Computer

SCALE-RT requires the following system or better for host installation:

•	Windows XP SP2

•	Intel Pentium 4 2GHz or better

•	2GB of RAM

•	3GB of of free disk space

•	Graphics resolution 1280x1048 or better

Please reference the specific Simulation Tool Documentation (SimulationX®, Scilab® / Scicos®, MATLAB® / Simulink®, …)

for more information about their system requirements.

Real-time Target

•	Modern multi core processor (core2duo or actual xeon)

•	2GB of RAM

•	6GB of free disk space

SCALE-RT normally supports the same hardware as Debian (http://www.debian.org) does.

You can also have a look at the 'Linux Hardware Compatibilty HOWTO' (http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Hardware-HOWTO/).

Please use the liveCD to ckeck out if your target is fully supplied by SCALE-RT real-time environment.
