XML Support

The XML tools and templates are located in the subfolder 'SCALE-RT Extensions/XML' of the local SCALE-RT installation.

The recommended tool to create or modify a XML configuration is the 'XML Notepad 2007' of Microsoft.

It can be downloaded directly from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/.

Another way to create or modify a XML configuration is a professional development environment like 'Eclipse SDK'.

The following modeling blocks support the configuration via XML files:

ARINC429

Please use the 'arinc429cfg_template.xml' as template when creating a new XML configuration.

The schema file 'arinc429cfg.xsd' must not be modified in any way but should used for grammar checks.

The 'arinc429cfg_example.xml' is an example file that contains all parameters and attributes that can be used in a XML configuration.
